• intentionally create inaccurate reconciliations
• produce misleading audit information
Intellectual Property
You must not:
• copy or reproduce the Services except as permitted

• create competing services using our proprietary technology
Harmful Content

Customers are responsible for all activity performed using their accounts.

Customers retain ownership of their data.

• they have appropriate permissions from relevant parties
• uploaded information does not infringe third-party rights
• uploaded information complies with applicable privacy laws
9. Third-Party Integrations

Users must comply with the applicable terms and conditions of those third-party providers.
YML Innovation is not responsible for the availability, functionality or security of third-party services.

Where APIs are provided, users must not:

• create excessive automated requests
• attempt to discover undocumented endpoints
• interfere with API availability
We may suspend API access where misuse is detected.
